Becoming A Mom Of Two | Lets Catch Up

Becoming A Mom Of Two

Hello Darling!

Long time no chat. I hope this blog post finds you happy and healthy. Excited to jump back on here and catch up on life. If you follow along on Instagram, you most likely have kept up with our life over this past year. Becoming a mom of two has kept me extra busy. My first postpartum experience was definitely not the easiest one. So this time around, I wanted to take it extra easy, give myself all the grace and try to enjoy the first year of our Millie girls life.

Becoming A Mom Of Two

This past week, she turned one. Which to be honest still blows my mind. The fact I am a mother of two alone still is crazy to me. I am grateful for this postpartum season. Though I am so thankful, and I was most definitely more gracious to myself this time around it was still HARD. Postpartum is a difficult and beautiful season. With each child your life changes. You adjust, grow and learn.

I spent the majority of this past year nursing all day every day, which was a totally different experience this time around. Thinking I will share more about that experience in a later post. It definitely  took some time getting used to taking care of two littles ones. The thing I found to be the hardest was trying to meet both of my girls needs while also remembering to meet my own. I believe that is just a mom thing but the more I put myself on the back burner, the more my cup felt empty. I am by no means perfect in this area but I feel as though this year has allowed me to learn ways to fill my cup, embrace community with other moms and except help from others when I need it. We were never meant to do this alone and it take a village. If you are mom yourself, take this as a sign to do the same thing.

What Is To Come

So I am sure you are wondering what is to come and why it took so long to jump back on here. I wanted to take some time off to enjoy the first year and transition into this new roll becoming a mom of two. Now that Millie is one, I am excited to jump back into the swing of things and provide more blog posts and content that has connected me to this online community for years now.

I will defiantly be sharing more of our life on here, and of course the fashion, style, home content that I so love sharing.

If you are reading this, just know that I am so grateful for you. I love this community, and feel so grateful to walk through so many seasons of life with the TaylerMalott.com crew.

The best is yet to come.

YOU ARE SO LOVED!

XOXO,Tay
