How To Stay Motivated And Active Daily


Hello Darling!

Staying motivated to get out and be active daily is hard. If you have been following me for awhile, you know that it is very import for me to live an active lifestyle. I have received questions recently asking how  I get the motivation to workout daily. The answer is, it definitely does not come naturally. I have days where the last thing I want to do is get up and go to pilates, Orange Theory, etc. However, I have found a few ways that help me create that motivation I need. Here are a few simple ways how to stay motivated and active daily.

 Create a playlist that inspires you

Music is definitely my go to when I am not feeling motivated to get out and be active. On days that I am dreading going to the gym, I turn on my workout playlist to get my pumped up and ready to workout.

Close your eyes and take some deep cleansing breaths

Our days are filled with so many tasks and thoughts that it’s sometimes hard to even wrap our mind around getting out and getting active. Sometimes the thing we need to get some motivation is to close our eyes, take some deep breathes.

Get up and do some jumping jacks

Sometimes the easiest way to creative motivation is to get up shake it out a bit and get your heart rate going.

Wash your face and drink some water

Our days can be long and tiring. Sometimes the best way to wake up and get motived is to wash our face and drink some water.

Invest in some cute workout clothes

Feeling good in what you are wearing can create all the motivation you need. So invest in some cute workout pieces that will give you that motivation you need to get out and get active. I have rounded up some of my favorite cute workout clothes for you below.

 Go for a walk

There are some days that we just can’t muster up enough motivation to go to the gym and that’s okay. Give yourself some grace and go for a walk. a little activity is better than none.

I hope this helps you stay motived and active. I have to remind myself fo these tips daily. Just remember that every day is a new day and opportunity to get out and be your best self. 🙂
