Hello Darling!
Well this post has been a long time coming- but better late than never. Isla Grace turns 2 on Saturday and my heart just can’t take it. As we will soon transition her to her big girl room when baby sister comes this summer and takes over the nursery, I thought it was only fitting to finally share all the details on our beautiful nursery decor for baby girl.
Our Beautiful Nursery Decor For Baby Girl
When we were planning out Islas room, I wanted it to feel fresh, feminine, and peaceful. We went with pinks and whites as our base color. For details we added pops of gold. For the next baby girl I will be keeping the nursery as is and adding pretty greens for a little more warmth.
One of my favorite features of the room is the Serena and Lily wallpaper. We based most of our design of off this wallpaper and I could not love it more! Some of the furniture we bought and other pieces are family heirlooms. Over time we have added acrylic shelves, and picture frames to make it more personal.
This is by far one of my favorite rooms in our house and I am so thankful for all the memories we have made in there. I can’t wait to add some more special details as we prep for baby girl #2. Now excuse me while I stare at these photos and cry at how much my baby has grown.
