Our Babymoon To Rosemary Beach Florida

Our Babymoon to Rosemary Beach

Hello Darling!

This past month Hunt and I had the opportunity to get away and enjoy a babymoon to Rosemary Beach Florida. It truly was one of the most relaxing trips Hunter and I have ever taken and I am excited to share all the details.

Our Babymoon to Rosemary Beach

Right along 30A highway, Rosemary Beach is one of several picturesque beach towns to visit. Many of you probably know by now that we love visiting 30A and it has become a family tradition of ours to visit every summer. Since baby girl #2 is due this July we knew we would not be able to make it on our big family trip and decided it was the perfect opportunity to visit just the two of us this year.

Where We Stayed

We arrived on Sunday and spent 4 nights in one of our favorite places on earth. Rosemary Beach has several options when it comes to lodging but we opted to stay at the cutest cottage house we found via VRBO. You can check out the complete listing HERE.

This spot was perfect for just the two of us and included access to all Rosemary Beach amenities.

This was the first time the two of us had visited this early on in the summer season and it was amazing! There were not nearly as many crowds and the weather was amazing!

What We Did

Relaxed On The Beach

Our Babymoon to Rosemary Beach

We spent 3 GLORIOUS days on the beach resting, relaxing and truly doing nothing. It was the first vacation in my life where I just sat and rested. It was exactly what we needed and will forever be a trip I will cherish forever.

PRO TIP- If you are looking to stay in Rosemary I recommend booking your chairs/ umbrellas ahead of time. All you have to do is book through RBOA Beach Services, provide the access code given through your rental property and set everything up before you arrive. Each day we were able to walk out to the beach with chairs and an umbrella ready and waiting.

Prenatal Massage

Located in Rosemary is also the fabulous Pearl Hotel & Spa. Our second morning I opted to enjoy a relaxing prenatal massage and it was just what this mama needed.

Shopping

There are so many cute spots within Rosemary. From kids shops, book stores and more. Super easy to walk around and explore.

Where We Ate

There are truly so many spots along 30A to eat and you can’t go wrong. Rosemary has quite a few options within walking distance if you are staying in the area.

Breakfast Spots

Playa Bowls

Our Babymoon to Rosemary Beach

Right next to Cowgirl Kitchen in Rosemary is one of the latest editions, Playa Bowls. Super convenient spot to grab a smoothie or açaí bowl.

Charlie’s Cafe

Another quick spot to grab coffee, donuts, breakfast tacos and more right in Rosemary.

Raw & Jucy

The newest coffee shop in Rosemary and so cute! Enjoyed the yummiest iced lavender latte.

Lunch Spots

The Summer Kitchen

Our Babymoon to Rosemary Beach

Another local spot in Rosemary, we really enjoyed their grilled fish of day sandwich and whipped feta dip to start. A perfect beach meal.

Edwards

Our Babymoon to Rosemary Beach

This lunch we enjoyed a quick beach break with iced tea and burgers. Another great option if you are staying in Rosemary

Bud & Alleys

Our Babymoon to Rosemary Beach

This is another spot we have loved for years in Seaside. They have recently done quite a bit of renovations around the Seaside restaurants and shops and have created the most amazing rooftop area to sit. If you can, head on up, grab a table, and enjoy some of the prettiest gulf coast views.

Dinner

Cowgirl Kitchen

This has been a fave of ours for years. Perfect spot for a quick dinner or lunch. Pro tip- you can order it to go and take it to the beach to enjoy.

 Pescado

Babymoon To Rosemary Beach Florida

This was one of our favorite meals from the trip. An adults only dinner spot that we have been dying to try for years. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Between the views and the yummy mocktails we can’t wait to go back and visit. We definitely recommend you trying the clams and mussels to start- so delicious!

Pro tip- to dine inside you definitely need a reservation. If you would rather enjoy the views from outside come early because tables fill up fast!

Shrimp Shack

Our Babymoon to Rosemary Beach

This is one of our favorite spots in Seaside. A quick 10 min drive away from Rosemary and SO good! If you are looking for a casual spot to grab fresh oysters, and shrimp this is the place for you!

The CITIZEN at Alys Beach

This new find that left us wanting more! To be completely honest, I would say this is the best meal we have ever enjoyed along 30A. Between the delicious oysters, fun mocktail list for us mamas, whipped feta dip and fresh fish- everything was INCREDIBLE! Plus the service and ambiance was spectacular. A MUST on anyones 30A visit list.

We loved this time together and Rosemary and could not recommend booking a babymoon here more! If you are looking for a spot to relax amongst white sand and crystal clear water than this is a the place for you!

Check out my entire 30A City Guide for more things to do, see and eat in 30A.

YOU ARE SO LOVED!

XOXO,Tay
